SHIPPING INFORMATION
Prior to sending your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimise any form of delays. Our delivery time begins from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

Free Shipping within the UK: 3-5 working days
RETURNS
We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
How to apply for a refund/return
1. Firstly, get into contact with our team through email ([email protected]) or Whatsapp for the fastest response times.
2. Explain your inquiry and try and include all of the following details:
- Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d like a refund, replacement or exchange
3. We will then be in contact as soon as possible to assist you in the process and provide you with a returns address.
4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and we will sort out any discrepancies immediately.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
